Shipping and Deliveries
Yes, you may pick up your order after setting a time with me. Send me a note and we’ll set a time and date: kristel@circularcreations.com
Shipping will be calculated in real time, according to your location in the world, the size and weight of the package. We do not add any extra charges, just the rate of the courier services offered.
A Shipping discount is available for:
- Orders between €100 and €150 – Shipping Discount Code: 100UP
- Orders as of €151 – Shipping Discount Code: 151UP
- Every country has its own duties and tax policies. These extra charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer or recipient of the order.
- Kristel’s Circular Creations will, under no circomstances, be held responsible for these charges.
- Make sure to check before you regret!!
- My goal is to get every order made and shipped within 3 business days of ordering. Because each order is custummade and handcrafted, most orders cannot be shipped same-day. However I will do my utmost to get it out ASAP.
Shipping and Delivery is dependend on:

- Peaktimes – Especially around the holidays, delivery can take a bit longer. However you will be kept up to date if your order will take some extra time to get ready.

- You can opt to ask for express delivery at an extra cost. If I cannot offer you this option I will let you know. This charge will be added when you check the express delivery box and is dependant on the delivery date you fill in.
- Complexity of your order, number of options or a completely custom made item may take longer to make.
- In case of a delay you will be kept posted.
- For large orders, eg: corporate gifts, custom items a deadline for the project will be agreed upon at the start of the project.
- When ordering with DHL, these are the delivery times, not calculating customs delays, or delays caused by peak periods etc:

- When an unexpected delay occurs, you will be informed.
- When a delay is caused by the courrier service, please contact me immdediately by email with your order name and number and the trackingnumber.
- I will contact the Courier service and will keep you updated on any communication and developement of the situation until such time there is a resolution.

- Your order did not get delivered according to the date and time given for your trackingnumber, proceed to contact your me by email

Returns
- Every order is made to your specifications/custom. That is why we cannot accept any returns unless:
- There is fysical dammage to the product
- We have made an error in your order
- ATTENTION – When ordering personalization on the cover or titlepage, make sure to check the spelling. We cannot be held responsible if the spelling error originates with you.
- In case we made an error or the item is damaged, but not caused by transportation, you may contact us through our “request for return” form. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with a return label.
- When receiving your return, you will be notified by email. Make sure to always check your spambox.
- If you suspect your return has been lost, make sure to check the trackingnumber first and/or contact the courrierservice used. In case you have used a return label provided by me, please contact me by email

- As each item is made to your specifications, we can not make any exchanges.
- If you would like to adjust your order, you can do this as long as production has not started. The total amount of your order will be recalculated according to the adjustments or changes your request. You will receive either a payment request or a reembursement depending on the price difference to your original order. Additional payments have to be made before production is started.
